I contacted Dana to list my home. We walked through, and Dana gave me advice on what may help the house sell. Little things likes shower curtains, porch handrails, and many things I did not even notice. I took notes on her advice. At this point, as my luck would go, bad luck had found me and had to delay the listing for months. Dana was extremely patient. I recovered, and after I had spent a few weeks in my spare time readying my home, I called Dana and she had my home listed, sold, then closed within 2 months. Dana used multiple resources to advertise, including a detailed facebook post just for my home that I found very impressive. We had almost 20 showings and at least 8 offers in the first 5 days on the market, most offers of which were more than asking price. In the process approaching closing, Dana kept me up to date in what was up to the minute, helping me navigate through the inspection processes that come with buyer and lender concerns, and letting me know what I needed to do to make the process stay the course. The recommendations and effort Dana afforded my little home, produced results beyond anything I could have imagined. If google would allow, Dana would get 10 stars.
